Often our friends question the wisdom of bringing in a consultant

we can't?' is usually on the minds of the decision makers
during the initial phases of our engagement. Often similar
thinking is also prevalent within their Organization. And
yet, this is the fallacy of inward looking, logical business
thinking that has been gained through countless years of experience.
And that experience has served the Organization well. Loyalty
to the Organization and its leadership are also common causes
of resistance to change and to management consultants.
We bring an external focus to the organization. Our sole aim
is for the client to improve his condition. We are not a stakeholder
in the traditional sense. Our stake is for our clients to
be successful. We strive to improve the client's performance,
utilizing the organization's existing resources and designing
realistic, actionable plans, transferring skills to the client,
and helping to alter the necessary systems and structures.
